4. The materials that you send in to SGEduLab must be owned by you. This means that you must be the intellectual property rights (IPR) owner of the materials. By placing them in SGEduLab or submitting them to us, you therefore grant us permission to reproduce them in any medium belonging to us. Any information collected may be disclosed to the authorities or to the courts or the sponsor(s) of the contest you have participated in, used to keep you updated on any of our or our business associates' and/or partners' promotions, contests and sales, to collect amounts due from you or to compile statistics. SGEduLab assures that our members' information will not be shared with third parties.

6. If you do not like what you see on this site, you must inform us immediately and tell us exactly what is bothering you. If you don't, then we may take it that you permit us to leave the site as it is. If you contact us with your complaint, you must allow us a reasonable time to act on your complaint.
